Your Therapists
Kisiah Cole, LMT
Founder | Lead Therapist | Wellness Advocate
Hi, I’m Kisiah—Cincinnati native, military veteran, and licensed massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience helping people feel and move better in their bodies. I launched Calming Souls Massage in 2018 with a simple mission: to bring effective, personalized bodywork directly to clients—where they are, when they need it.
What started as a side hustle quickly became my calling. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes and marathon runners to doctors and busy professionals who prioritize their health and wellness. My passion lies in supporting athletic bodies through every phase—training, performance, and recovery.
I’m Sport Stretch certified and have traveled to treat high-profile clients and players across multiple professional sports. No two bodies are the same, and I believe in truly meeting each client where they are, both physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, relieve chronic tension, or simply feel your best—I’m here to help.
My commitment to this craft goes beyond the basics. In addition to completing over 65 hours of continuing education, I’ve been fortunate to be recognized for my work—featured in Voyage Ohio and named Best Massage Therapist of 2021 by Expertise.com.
When I’m not in session, I’m probably off exploring a new city on a solo trip or checking out Cincinnati’s newest foodie spot

Head Coach and Owner, Lion’s Pride Weightlifting and Wellness
Lion’s Pride Weightlifting and Wellness (LPW) is an Olympic Weightlifting Team and wellness hub in Cincinnati’s West End. Launched in 2017 while coaching part-time and working in corporate America, LPW grew from a passion project into a full-fledged business. In 2018, I committed to entrepreneurship, leaving my corporate job in early 2019 to focus on building LPW. Today, our facility serves as a dynamic “wellness collaborative,” offering team training, 1:1 coaching, and semi-private group sessions. The space also hosts other health and wellness professionals, all united by a shared mission to foster community and promote healthy, active lifestyles
My training philosophy centers on the “3 M’s”: Mobility, Movement, and Mental training. This holistic approach tailors sessions to each client’s needs, providing real-time feedback and practical insights to enhance movement in both training and daily life. By prioritizing better movement, we unlock better living. My passions are centered around family and community. I would love to help you move better, feel better, and accomplish all of your wellness goals!
